Under normal circumstances, the lifting weight is below 50t and the span is within 35m. There is no special use requirement, and single main beam type should be used. If it is required that the width of the door legs is large, the working speed is high, or heavy items or long and large pieces are often hoisted, double-girder gantry cranes should be selected.
Second, span and cantilever length
The span of a gantry crane is an important factor that affects the quality of the crane itself. In the selection, the span should be minimized on the premise of satisfying the conditions of equipment use and meeting the span series standards.
The working performance and life of the various crane mechanisms depend largely on lubrication.
During lubrication, the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products refer to their own specifications. Lubricants should be injected once a week for carts, cranes, etc. The hoisting machine is filled with industrial gear oil (SY1172-80) 200. The oil level should be checked frequently and replenished promptly.
2, wire rope
Should pay attention to the broken wire rope situation. If any broken wire, broken strand, or worn amount reaches the scrapping standard, the new rope should be replaced promptly.
Spreaders must be checked regularly.
4, pulley group
It mainly inspects the wear condition of the rope groove of the half-door gantry crane, whether the rim is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.
Check the rim and tread regularly, and replace the new one when the rim portion wears or cracks to 10% of the thickness.
When the difference between the diameters of the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or if serious scars occur on the tread, the vehicle should be renewed.
Each class should be checked once.
The brake should act accurately and the pin must not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the braking wheel correctly, and the clearance of the brake shoe should be equal when the brake is released.
7. Reasons for the oil leakage of the reducer and preventive measures
There are two reasons for the common oil leakage of the reducer of a half-door gantry crane:
a. Due to the unreasonable design of the manufacturer: no special venting holes or too small venting holes in the design process will cause the pressure inside and outside the reducer to be unbalanced and leaking, which will eventually lead to the leakage of the lubricating oil of the reducer. malfunction. It is also possible that the leakage of the connecting surface of the reducer is not tight during long-term use.
b. The limited level of processing technology causes the precision of the contact surface of the box to be insufficient, thus causing poor sealing performance and oil leakage.
